General Return Conditions

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the item. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Return Conditions for Hygiene Products



1. Defect of manufacturing :

If you receive a hygiene product, diaper, or training pajama with a manufacturing defect or if it does not match your order, please contact us immediately at the address mybeya.shop@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.

2. Damage during Delivery:

If the hygiene product, diaper, or training pajama is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will ask you to provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exclusions

Apart from the cases mentioned above, hygiene products, training pants, and pajamas are not eligible for returns for hygiene and safety reasons. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products, and we strive to ensure that every product meets the strictest safety and quality standards.

We understand that hygiene products, training pants, and pajamas are essential for your child's comfort and health, which is why we take rigorous measures to maintain their quality. If you have any concerns about a hygiene product, training pants, or pajamas you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation satisfactorily.

For other items eligible for return, the following general conditions apply:

1. Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

2. Contact for a Return:

3. Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Late or Missing Reimbursements:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time required before a refund appears in your account. If, after completing all these steps, you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at mybeya.shop@gmail.com.

5. Sale Items:

Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

6. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange a faulty or damaged product for the same item, please email us at mybeya.shop@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified that you returned the item.

Shipping

To return a product, please contact us at mybeya.shop@gmail.com, and you will then receive the return label.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
